Introduction

a. Eagle Shark Cyber Defence (hereinafter referred to as "ESCD") operates a website that allows registered users to access and use the services provided by ESCD.

b. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the website and services provided by ESCD. By accessing and using the website and services, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services provided by ESCD.

User Obligations

a. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to ESCD is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

b. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account and password. ESCD shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of the User's account.

c. The User is prohibited from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Confidentiality

a. The parties (ESCD and the User) agree that all information that the parties become aware of pursuant to this agreement is confidential and therefore shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the other party.

b. However, the parties have the right to disclose information to third parties if it is necessary to perform the tasks mentioned in this contract or is required by law.

c. Confidentiality includes staff, subcontractors, consultants and all other parties involved. Internal processes, methods and documentation used by ESCD are confidential and may not be published, shared with other suppliers, subcontractors or the User's partners without written approval from ESCD.

d. It is not permitted for the User or ESCD to publish or disclose the content of this agreement without the written approval of both parties.

e. The confidentiality agreement is valid for 5 years after the expiry of the agreement.

Economy

a. All prices are exclusive of VAT and in DKK.

b. Payment terms are 8 days.

c. 50% advance payment is required after a meeting (physical, telephone or online), where an agreement has been reached between the parties to start a task.

d. The invoice is sent via email.

e. The last 50% is invoiced after the end of the task.

Prohibited Use

The website does not have capabilities for uploading files or content.

The User shall not use the website or services provided by ESCD for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

General

a. ESCD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the website and services following any changes to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

b. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
